TITUS O’NEIL
Thaddeus Michael Bullard Sr. is a 46-year-old wrestler from Boynton Beach, Florida. He is currently signed with the WWE and performs on RAW under the ring name, Titus O’Neil.
Bullard started his wrestling career in 2009 for WWE’s developmental promotion, Florida Championship Wrestling, under the ring name, Titus O’Neil. He formed a tag team with Damian Sandow and they won the FCW Tag Team Championships after defeating Mason Ryan and Xavier Woods in December 2010. They lost the titles to Seth Rollins and Richie Steamboat on March 25, 2011.
Bullard competed in season 2 of NXT with Zack Ryder as a mentor. He had his first NXT match teaming with Ryder to lose to John Morrison and Eli Cottonwood. O’Neil was the first person eliminated from NXT season 2. He returned to NXT season 5 where several former contestants came back for a second shot at the show. Bullard did not win that season but was instead moved to SmackDown.
O’Neil’s Main Roster Debut
Titus O’Neil made his main roster debut on SmackDown in 2012 with his new tag team partner, Darren Young. O’Neil and Young were named The Prime Time Players and defeated The Usos in their first match. The Prime Time Players wrestled in several tag team title matches but failed to capture any titles. For a while, O’Neil played the character Pancake Patterson but that was short-lived and he returned to using the ring name, Titus O’Neil. The Prime Time Players had feuds with The Shield and the team of R-Truth and Kofi Kingston. The Prime Time Players team disbanded in 2014 when O’Neil turned on Darren Young after letting him lose a match
In 2014, Titus went on a losing streak and then formed a tag team with Heath Slater known as Slater Gator. The team did not last long but had a match at Survivor Series 2014 in a losing effort to Adam Rose and The Bunny. In 2015, Darren Young and Titus O’Neil reformed The Prime Time Players after O’Neil saved Young from being attacked by The Ascension. They competed in the first ever Tag Team Elimination Chamber match in 2015 and were the runner ups after being eliminated by The New Day.
